Calming Minds, Opening Hearts, Changing the World

InsightLA is a non-profit meditation center teaching the highest quality mindfulness practices in locations throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. For 16 years, they have offered classes, retreats, and special events in an open and welcoming community.

The primary goal of the InsightLA website is to allow users to easely find and register for classes, retreats, and special events.
